Gibson County Warrant Records Gibson County Warrant Records

Gibson County warrant information is divided among Gibson Circuit Court, Gibson Superior Court, the County Clerk, and the Sheriff's Office. Indiana MyCase adds a public case-search layer, but it is not a complete warrant database. We organize those official routes so readers can distinguish court files, the Sheriff's weekly wanted publication, local police contacts, and jail or bond administration.

Why We Built This Site

Indiana provides public access to many court records, but no single public statewide criminal-warrant search exists. Gibson Circuit Court and Gibson Superior Court issue county trial-court orders. The County Clerk maintains the official files and payment records, while the Sheriff serves process and publishes a weekly Most Wanted channel. No separate Gibson city or town court entry was found in the current Odyssey list. We bring those distinctions, official contacts, access limits, and request steps together so a reader can start with the office that holds the needed record.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Indiana court, sheriff's office, or state agency. Those boundaries mean we cannot do the following:

  • We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
  • We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
  • We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
  • We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
  • We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now

Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results, and their data is not an official warrant check.
